Front Line Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
* Actively follow up and manage qualified leads with the objective of converting them into paying customers* Identify, create, and track prospect client lists via online channels and acquired sources* Work with our growth team to coordinate appointments and effectively lead prospects through a sales process resulting in customer activation* Participate in the definition and execution of all CRM and on-boarding strategies for MioCommerce* Develop and update sales/on-boarding scripts and protocols to continuously improve the development of our sales/business process*
Requirements:
- 2+ years of consecutive sales experience with the same employer, preferably in a similar technology environment selling SaaS or e-commerce solutions
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of videoconferencing, screen sharing technologies, and marketing/sales CRMs like Hubspot
- Capable of seamlessly moving between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational activities
- Spanish speaking skills preferred
- Certifications in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, or Web Building experience (HTML, CSS, WordPress)
