Salary and Benefits:

The starting annual salary for this position is $55,000, which increases to $60,000 once licensed. Additional benefits include a vacation policy based on length of service, wellness and social committees, RRSP matching, health benefits trust, life insurance, paid days off on your birthday and job anniversary, paid volunteer days, seasonal staff parties, employee referral program, education funding program, and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

This role involves training as an Operations Coordinator, supporting licensed property managers, and taking the Strata Management Licensing Course. Upon successful completion, you will work on your own portfolio of buildings, spearheading organization, demonstrating customer service excellence, managing emergencies, assisting with quotes and maintenance, liaising with clients, and providing front desk coverage.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in the customer service field, excellent typing skills, knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Suite, a clean criminal record check, valid Class 5 driver's license, and a vehicle in good working order. You must also be eligible to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC.
