Our compensation package includes an annual salary of $55,000, with opportunities for growth and promotion upon successful completion of our internal training program. Job Description

As a Property Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting licensed property managers in all aspects of strata property management. This includes coordinating organization tasks, ensuring customer service excellence, managing emergencies, and liaising with strata council members and residents. You will also develop skills in public speaking, leadership, relationship building, and budgeting through our comprehensive training program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, and you must be eligible to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC. You will also require a valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order.
