Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Verve Senior Living. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our residence.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including laundry and vacuuming, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Adhere to infection prevention control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and maintain resident safety.
  • Replenish supplies as needed and maintain a clean and organized housekeeping room.
  • Provide general assistance to residents as required and report any equipment or maintenance concerns to your supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing Fire Prevention and Pest Control programs and other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of grade 12 education required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar housekeeping position preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
