Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
