Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and comfortable for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
