Aerospace Engineer, Technical Lead, Research and Development, Structural Design and Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead in Research and Development, focusing on Structural Design and Integration. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative aircraft solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in design activities for R&T projects from concept to entry into service, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead technical teams in structure design (metallic & composite) and/or system installation design, defining and managing major systems or structural interfaces.
- Prepare and assess feasibility of technical trade studies, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities and provide technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation, including manuals, requirements, reports, presentations, and new technical processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal and external, to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.
- Provide visibility to management as needed, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and more than 15 years of experience in aerospace with relevant experience in structural design, systems installation design, or integration.
- Hands-on experience on major structures development on a minimum of two new aircraft development programs.
- Excellent knowledge of CATIA V5 or NX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Autonomous with strong work ethics, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
