Senior Liability Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves assessing liability claims by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough loss investigations to determine liability and extent of damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and other parties involved
- Maintain high performance and excellent client relationships
- Ensure compliance with provincial licensing requirements and company policies
- Bilingual (French and English)
- AMF License (personal and commercial lines) or working towards
- 5 + years of technical experience handling liability claims
- Post-Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills
