We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Liability Adjuster to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This hybrid field role combines work from home and field work within the Montreal region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough loss investigations to assess liability claims.
- Negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
- Maintain high performance standards and build excellent client relationships.
- Bilingual (French and English) proficiency.
- AMF License (personal and commercial lines) or working towards.
- At least 5 years of technical experience handling liability claims.
- Post-Secondary education in an insurance-related field is an asset.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills.
