Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

M5 Cafe is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
