Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at O/A Subway restaurant. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that the counter area is well-stocked and organized.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
