Job Title: Concrete Finisher

HD Concrete Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is evenly distributed.
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces.
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • This role is physically demanding and requires handling heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure the highest quality finish.

  • Accurate and client-focused individual with flexibility and teamwork skills.
