Job Title: Concrete Finisher - Surface Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at HD Concrete Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials
- Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
- Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
- Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Imparting desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
- Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
- Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements:
- Physically demanding
- Handling heavy loads
- Attention to detail
Work Environment:
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
