Concrete Finisher

HD Concrete Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
- Applying the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces.
- Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Ability to handle heavy loads.
- Attention to detail.
- Accurate and client-focused.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills.
- Permanent employment.
- English language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
