The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Operations Manager to join our team in Game Strategy and Engagement. As a key member of our Product and Game Ops Team, you will be responsible for optimizing CRM strategy, executing and analyzing daily events, and managing customer communication.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing CRM strategy to optimize sales, monetization & retention cycles, game launches, events, customer onboarding, etc.
  • Understanding the performance of your activities, reporting on relevant KPIs, and sharing learnings with the wider business.
  • Working closely with the Product Team to implement new features and maximize their performance post-launch.
  • Closely collaborating with other teams across the business: Art, Product, Data Science, Solutions, Social Media, VIP, Customer Service.
What You'll Need
  • Experience:
  • LivOps (CRM) management, marketing or QA experience in a relevant industry, preferably F2P mobile games.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong understanding of how to utilize different communication channels to achieve best results.
