About the Role

The Senior Sales Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales performance;
  • Co-ordinating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth;
  • Providing coaching and feedback to sales staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
