About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at Smartrend Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and fulfill orders in our ERP software with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and update various spreadsheets with proficiency in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment.
  • Manage logistics requirements, including customs clearance and compliance.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and wear multiple hats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a proactive and initiative-taking approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Netsuite experience is an asset.
