Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Smartrend Manufacturing Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Jr. Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and fulfill orders in our ERP software
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Manage and update spreadsheets with proficiency in Excel
- Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate logistics
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure order completion
- Manage customs and special projects as assigned
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
