Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Manage Food and Service Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Knowledge of Culinary Genres: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
