Clinical Services Director

Ghias U.D. Butt Medicine Professional Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our medical department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services, directing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals
- Manage contracts and coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Reliability, client focus, and team player
- Medical clinic setting
- 37.5 hours per week
