Clinical Services Manager Job Description

Ghias U.D. Butt Medicine Professional Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our medical department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services, directing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality patient care.
  • Direct and control daily operations, making informed decisions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a related field.
  • Work setting: Medical clinic.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Word.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, ability to distinguish between colors, repetitive tasks.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, reliability.
