Clinical Services Director

Ghias U.D. Butt Medicine Professional Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our medical department.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
- Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials, representing the company's interests and promoting collaboration.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate operations and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
The Clinical Services Manager will work in a fast-paced medical clinic environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
