About the Role:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class gaming experiences while meeting quality, schedule, and business targets.
- Collaborate with other Producers and discipline leads to drive milestones.
- Create a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sprint planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities.
- Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level.
- Proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the leadership team.
- Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency.
- Managing inter-team dependencies.
- Providing regular capacity plan updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of production experience on console products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of production tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
