Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the warehouse team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office supplies.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized, and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the warehouse team, management, and external stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory, personnel files, and other relevant documents.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular interactions with the warehouse team and external stakeholders.
