Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at American Iron and Metal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a 4-axle truck and transporting goods across various locations in the North Shore, lower river, and Montreal areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Safely operate a 4-axle truck and transport goods across various locations, including the United States.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that your equipment is clean and in good condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Valid Class 1 driving license, good driving record, and at least 1 year of experience as a driver.
  • Skills: Health and Safety Awareness, sense of organization and responsibility, excellent physical condition, reliability, diligence, and punctuality.
What We Offer
  • Permanent and Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime Opportunities: Possibility of working overtime, paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
