Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, training staff on equipment operation and maintenance, resolving product and service issues, and supervising technical sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services that meet their requirements.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure they can maximize its potential.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems promptly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • English language proficiency.
  • The ability to work 30-35 hours per week.
