About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for:

  • Preparing daily bank deposits and reconciling cash clearing accounts
  • Accounts receivable collections and reconciliations
  • Full-cycle accounts payable
  • Posting manufacturer invoices
  • Posting sales, including new, pre-owned, wholesale, and dealer trades
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Assisting the accounting team during month-end and year-end processing
  • Processing salary, hourly, and commission payroll
