Job Summary

Signal is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Patrol Agent to join our team. As a Security Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for conducting patrols, both on foot and in a vehicle, to ensure the security and protection of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mobile security patrols to ensure the safety and security of clients' properties and assets.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and software.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer service and cultivate a customer service relationship.
  • Communicate with the Advanced Patrol Agent and Branch Patrol Supervisor to report any customer or property-related information and concerns.
  • Manage daily activities to meet key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
  • Deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mobile Patrol Experience.
  • Ability to work overnights.
  • Ability to stay awake for the entirety of a shift.
