**About the Role**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Support Worker at Southbridge Care Homes. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in providing direct care to residents, including personal care and hygiene.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support your colleagues in providing exceptional care and service.
**Requirements**
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
- Passion for providing high-quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
