We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes.
About the Role:
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
