Job Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for providing financial planning, reporting, and analysis support to the General Account team. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the General Account team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
