Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

The Program Director will lead, direct, and oversee activities in managing regulatory-based remediation projects affecting Enterprise Resilience Risk. This role collaborates closely with functions, business, and 2LOD Risk partners to facilitate project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of regulator-based remediation activities within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate decision-making and develop risk-mitigation strategies to ensure the successful closure of remediation activities.
  • Implement change management initiatives that can impact project remediation activities.
  • Exhibit good regulation acumen and judgment in the formulation of recommendations to foresee and mitigate high-impact issues and complexities.
  • Support and comply with Governance Risk Committee's (GRC) regulatory remediation process requirements.
  • Build relationships with key partners across the business, functions, including technology, and operations.
  • Work closely with various teams towards a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones as required.

Requirements

  • Extensive 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Extensive experience in Technology Function.
  • Understanding of regulator mind-set and framework.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proven ability to communicate at Senior Management/Executive levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Macros.
  • 5+ years of People leadership experience, managing a team and/or leading complex projects.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, actively managing a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Skilled in building a network and maintaining key relationships.
