Post Office Assistant

Canada Post Corp is seeking a part-time Post Office Assistant who will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $RVSGD11 – Niveau 1, based on the job requirements and location. As a valued employee, you will be entitled to comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, and a pension plan.
Key Responsibilities- Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
- Sort, distribute, and process mail efficiently
- Provide customers with information and forms as needed
- Address delivery and service issues promptly and professionally
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in business administration or customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate should reside in the community where the post office is located. The work schedule includes:
Monday to Wednesday: 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm
Thursday: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm and 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
Friday: 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm
Total hours per week: 7.25 hours
