Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at GeoComply. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our new products, particularly in the fraud and payments categories.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer value and adoption. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing insights that inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with the Product team to shape roadmaps, monitor performance, and provide recommendations on product and GTM strategy
  • Conducting research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product opportunities
  • Developing deep knowledge of customers and disseminating through the organization
  • Creating compelling sales enablement materials and collateral focused on the value our products add to our customers
  • Collaborating with the enablement team to develop and deliver training and resources for sales and marketing teams
  • Developing a variety of content types, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video scripts
  • Providing marketing strategic expertise to ensure content is informative, engaging, and tailored to target audiences
  • Working closely with product management, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective market strategy
  • Developing and monitoring metrics to track outcomes and effectiveness of marketing of our products

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product marketing or product management, with a proven ability to perform market research and use insights to drive decision-making. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, with 2+ years of experience in fraud or financial services. They will be a strong communicator with a talent for clear and effective messaging, and experience in content creation, including whitepapers, blog posts, and LinkedIn content.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-based bonus and equity plans, generous paid vacation and sick days, extended health benefits, and a generous training and development allowance.
