About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at KNAAR RESTAURANTS CORP. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set tables, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure that the dining area is tidy and organized.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that recycling is properly sorted and stored.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff with tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
