About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at KNAAR RESTAURANTS CORP. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that our waste disposal units are clean and functioning properly.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that our inventory is well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators, to ensure that they are in good working condition.
  • Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members with their tasks and duties, providing support and guidance as needed.
