About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Mirch Masala Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
  • Storage and Organization: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and organized to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Scouring and Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain a clean kitchen.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment and dishes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Training Provided: We will provide training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
