Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Eminence Consulting Services. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
