At Applied Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong background in business information and intelligence, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • More than five years of experience in a business information and intelligence role.
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with proficiency in data reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Perseverance in achieving goals. Ability and willingness to meet deadlines.
  • Independent and collaborative work capabilities, with potential for progressive responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Healthcare and/or Logistics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and financial management tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming, Python Programming, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to present and explain complex concepts or calculations to management.
  • Self-starter who is motivated to learn new skills and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong, collaborative, and professional relationship-building skills.
  • French language proficiency is preferred but not required.
