We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI leader to join our team at Canada Workday ULC. As a Sr. Director, AI Strategy and Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear AI strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and drives competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage an AI roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on potential business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
- Collaborate closely with key team members to ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry standard methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Product Managers and AI Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in AI, data science, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role. You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing AI strategies in a corporate environment, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and data analytics, as well as familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and leadership and team management experience are also essential.
What We OfferAs a Sr. Director, AI Strategy and Product Management at Canada Workday ULC, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $220,400 - $330,600 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
