Job Title: Sales Vice-President

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Vice-President to join our team at Bomet Recycling Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
