Job Title: Courier-5

This is an interview position for a Courier-5 role at FedEx Canada.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier-5 to join our team. As a Courier-5, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. You will also be required to check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and provide related customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
