Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Courier to join our team at FedEx Canada. As a Courier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages on an assigned route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service
  • Provide related customer service functions, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
  • Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
  • Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
