Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our team at FedEx Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by delivering packages safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service
  • Provide related customer service functions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
  • One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
  • Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
