Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unity Game Developer to lead the creation of high-quality, interactive games for mobile devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Unity games that incorporate cutting-edge web3 technology.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop Unity games for mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration with web3 technology.
  2. Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  3. Work closely with the team to create technical designs, identify potential roadblocks, and develop effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain code documentation, testing plans, and reports to ensure high-quality game development.
  5. Implement game mechanics, features, and functionality, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
  6. Lead, mentor, and manage junior developers, promoting a culture of growth and development.
  7. Work with blockchain developers to integrate web3 technology into games, ensuring seamless and secure experiences.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing games, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  9. Ensure that all games meet the highest quality standards, aligning with our company's vision and values.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Unity game development, with a strong focus on web3 technology.
  3. Proficient in C#, Java, and Unity, with a deep understanding of game design, mechanics, and balancing.
  4. Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, with a strong desire to lead and create innovative games.
