Job Title: Senior Unity Game Developer

Job Summary:

Fuel Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity Game Developer to join our team. As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for developing games using both new and proven mechanics. You will work closely with our team to identify and deliver tasks, managing production and deliverables within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Game Development: Develop games using Unity 3D, implementing UI screens, developing game concepts, and optimizing game performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our team to identify and deliver tasks, managing production and deliverables within the team.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Code Standards: Set and maintain code standards to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
  • Technological Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and share advancements with the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Propose creative solutions and communicate them clearly and effectively.
  • Performance Optimization: Focus on performance and optimization techniques, implementing good practices.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with individuals with varying technical understanding.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience developing in Unity 3D.
  • Skills: Experience in OOP architecture design and implementation, base level understanding in advanced 3D mathematics, excellent analytical and communication skills, self-motivation, team-orientation, and a passion for video games.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in C#, experience with Unity ShaderLab & CG, and ability to optimize rendering pipelines for mobile platforms.
