Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and maintain Unity games for mobile platforms.
* Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life.
* Work closely with the team to create technical designs and identify potential roadblocks.
* Create and maintain code documentation, testing plans and reports.
* Develop and implement game mechanics, features, and functionality.
* Lead, mentor and manage junior developers.
* Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
* Work with blockchain developers to integrate web3 technology into the games.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing games.
* Ensure that all games meet high quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Unity game development.
* Proficient in C#, Java, and Unity.
* Experience in game design, mechanics, and balancing.
