At Dasro Consulting Inc., we are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Designer to join our team for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Melville, SK, and work on-site or remotely with occasional travel required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of designing and delivering user-centric digital solutions.

We are looking for someone who can create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups tailored to user needs, preferably within the agriculture, insurance, crop insurance, public service, or financial services industry. Additionally, the candidate should have experience conducting user research and usability testing, particularly with producers/farmers, agents, and agriculture stakeholders.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex data-driven platforms, preferably within the public sector, citizen services, agriculture, or insurance context, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

We require the successful candidate to have familiarity with SAAS P&C insurance platforms, especially in designing interfaces and workflow policy, billing, and claims management. Experience in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG) is also necessary. Furthermore, the candidate should be familiar with ensuring alignment with Canadian data privacy laws, such as Saskatchewan's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
