Job Description

Dasro Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team in Melville, SK.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design with at least five years of experience in designing and delivering user-centric digital solutions.

We are looking for someone who can create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups tailored to user needs, preferably in the agriculture, insurance, crop insurance, public service, or financial services industry.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex data-driven platforms, preferably within the public sector, citizen services, agriculture, or insurance context, is essential.

The successful candidate will also have experience conducting user research and usability testing with producers/farmers, agents, and agriculture stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAAS P&C insurance platforms, especially in designing interfaces and workflow policy, billing, and claims management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, with a strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
  • Experience in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with Canadian data privacy laws (e.g., Saskatchewan's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders including employees, external vendors, advocacy groups, and government agencies.
