Job Title: Material Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at M.L. Catania Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our organization.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to meet customer demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Keep track of shipments and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Repetitive tasks may be required.
